You need more then 10 posts to be able to apply. Which means that you need to send like 10 messages to some posts. Also you need to wait 3 weeks before applying or it will be an instant denial.

i know thats why i keep posting it and ill wait 21 days but i can wait for that its a few time i got patiance ;)
