IGN: ArcticFear Server: OP Factions Punished For: Anti-Knockback Punished By: Mikeanike Guilty: No Proof: The server was lagging, Why do you think you should be un-punished?: Since it was the server lagging and it wasn't only me who was getting anti-knockback it was also the people who i was pvping. I was using Labymod 1.8.8 and i provided an image of my Labymod mods in the image above. I came straight onto your Teamspeak server right after i got banned and i asked to be screen shared, the mod told me that he doesn't need to screen share me since he has "Vaild proof of me hacking" i tried to explain to him that i wasn't hacking as best as i could and he said he had a video of me "Hacking" and therefore said there's nothing he could do. After that a trial mod came along and told me to go appeal here and that if a mod has good enough proof the he doesn't have to screen share me. So then i came and appealed here.
U was not lagging at all u was running and not getting KB and then u start jumping and they start fight they hitted u 10times and u didn't take any KB
I did not state that i was lagging, like i said it was the server and the people that i was pvping were also getting anti-kb because of the SERVER LAG. Also i do not know how you would doubt that since the server has been having many lag issues and was getting DDOS'd.
I would not consider that as proof since they were not getting anti-kb at that time. Do you not have any previous videos?
Also when i came on Teamspeak to ask you why i got banned for 30 days you told me that was because i did not "own up" but as i see you banned me for 30 days straight away before that. When my friend got banned for 10 days for xray.
He also said in chat lag and you didn't see his ping and the servers and you went straight for the ban
You are starting to act up now, my friend is talking total sense and there is no reason for you to be rude to him, also why would we stop saying that its a false ban since i came here to appeal and to prove to you that i wasn't hacking. And like my friend said you don't have any proof that the server was not lagging. So your video that you sent saying that it was "proof" means nothing since you have nothing to show that i had low ping and that the server wansn't lagging.
It's like 2 days past and you haven't replied mike, or is it that you're out of words, or is it you got no more valid proof to what Arctic said. I want to include the Owner in this conversation and i know he's busy but if ArcticFear gets banned because of the server then it will have to be that. He will get unbanned and if not i want better proof from you and not half of the video an intro.
