I very do agree with you on the point of the staff applocation format is one-dimensional. This does forbid lots of applicants to show themselves as a staff member and create a sense of self-confidence. P.s: im on my phone so i apologise of my spelling mistakes.

Yea, it's me again with another suggestion! This suggestion is on the forums and for the staff members (Trial-Moderators+) As I was staff in the past 3 - 5 months or around that, I've noticed that Moderator+ can only manage player reports (excluding staff reports of course). I suggest that Trial-Moderators can also have a role in that, as they don't have much to support the forums at these moments. (as for player reports, suggestion, etc etc.) Yeah, that's basically it. I wish that could be possible, and I suppose a staff warn would be enough if a Trial-Moderator+ did judge wrong on the player report! Thank you for reading my suggestion! ~ DSF.
