    Ok, so recently I got problems with my anger, Im raging really often. Its caused by weird psychotic shit in my head. Im using pills to not anger much, so if someone gets offended by me, please dont take that serious, I just have problems. Thanks for reading

    Pills arnt a good idea IMO
    They can cause much worse things to happen

    If your really feeling down take a break from mc or even this community

    Try play servers that are fun
    Full of minigames
    It helped me in times of need

    To be honest I was short tempered too

    But, then I started reading books
    (comics) went out to play with
    my friends..
    We enjoyed till 8pm
    And sleep for 9-10 hours
    until re energized...

    Your anger issues might be caused because
    of less of social meetings and activites
    And less sleeping
    My advise !
    Enjoy with friends and rest in the evening (4-5 pm) tooo
