    recording in 240fps and rendering in 30fps is probably the best in my opinion

    I'm a simple man who does simple things
    Editing isn't one of them
    Plus all the tutorials I check are not for sony Vegas 15 so I'm stuffed
    Also the options of the keyfram3s are different.
