i think that would be a little too op or maybe with a 10m+ cool down, especially because you can increase the charge of a creeper with it

but with a rank higher it should be 5m

 

Ye or a higher cooldown like 20 mins and like 1min less per higher rank?

5min cooldown+ for vip+ rank or less idk, also /fireball with cooldown and 20min - 1 is like nothing for higher rank lol
