    It's honestly time to make Cold a better damn server. Rated is inactive and doesn't do shit and can barely keep the server up. ColdNetwork is losing players thanks to the favoritism, the hackers, the toxicity. We need to do something about this, if not ColdNetwork won't live for long.

    The server won't grow because the community itself is shit, besides the reasons you stated
    i don't even think the server is gonna keep up that long due to lack of donations

    i dont think its necessarily because of @Rated
    i dont think the server can avoid growing cause of 1 person
    its probably a combination of a lot of factors, such as owners decision on the gamemodes, decision on staff and the capability of the server to ban cheaters
    from what ive seen: the most active gamemode is practice pvp but yet it contains lots of cheaters who easily bypass the AC (if there is one); recruiting more staff might do the trick but from what ive seen , they get demoted within 2 weeks.

    and practice being the most active gamemode isnt really the best thing, because most people would buy a rank on practice but rather a rank on HCF and others.

    The things you notice after that such as ''decision on staff, recruiting more staff'' is an example of the tasks a manager should do.
    So to be honest I don't really see your point.

    My opinion is that Rated is inactive as everyone with good eyes is able to see, and I want him to be replaced as a network can't roll without a manager.

    I think that you should have a conversation with Nick, regarding the inactivity of Rated, as if there is no reason for his inactivity, then that should be considered irresponsible on his part, and should be dealt with accordingly.
