Uhh. First off. Mining isn't based on skill, it's mostly revolved around luck. A skill for example is PvP. No. Strip mining is not a skill, everyone can do it, a skill is the ability to do something well. PvP is something you can do well if you train. Mining is just holding down your right mouse button and waiting until you find something.
