Mcmmo should have rankups. There should be a /titles command where there is a GUI with Nametags, their name will be there. For ex- 10 McMMO Levels, there will be a rank upgrade named Starter. 100 McMMO Levels, there will be a rank upgrade named Known. 1000 McMMO Levels, there will be a rank upgrade named Semi-Known. 10,000 the top McMMO Levels, there will be a rank upgrade named Cold. 10,000 McMMO should be the highest a player can achieve. 500 in each skill. /titles command will be used to switch ranks/prefix.
