Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I said "Lil jojo deserved to die" and posted it 5 days ago and no one did anything about it after asodey posted 3 times on it and im pretty sure xen was staff at the time and he posted. More staff would have seen it as well and I get unbanned after a day and for some reason they warn me now? Why not when I posted it? Also why is the message not deleted if it suicide encouragement surely you don't want someone promoting suicide on your server. Lil Jojo is a rapper from Chicago who was killed like 4 years ago and has nothing to do with cold at all. This account will probably be banned along with my other one because apparently im a toxic user according to Asodey because telling someone to stub their toes is very toxic. Saying someone deserved to die is not suicide encouragement as he is already dead and can't suicide​
