As we know since the "Suggestions" section is completely gone, I'm going to state some points which can pretty much fix most of the things everyone is facing or mad at. So, let's get started with some things right here, I'll try to be as professional as possible.

Suggestion's Topic:
Since the topic is literally vanished, you should add it back with the Manager's/Owner looking at it pretty fast. The server has again started to drop down to the old level it used to be on since the Suggestions topic is gone and people can't express and give their thoughts or opinions. Would help the server, even if most of the threads don't have enough information and etc.

Staff Getting Demoted:
As we've seen the current "Helper" named @MeLikeGamz (that name), has copied his application and still got accepted. Warn me or anything, I don't care but, the Management team is pretty immature and not so professional at doing things. People who copied their application's are getting accepted.

It's very unfair for the people applying, the person literally copies his application and get's accepted. The management team didn't do anything, so @M0n1 found out that he copied his application (maybe Marazure as well). When people type long applications and then get denied but a person who hasn't thought to come and instantly joins and applies gets staff who copied his application as well.

Now he is not getting demoted when he should have been got denied and demoted. Very unfair, and that's the truth.

Changing this will help the server at good rate. If someone get's exposed for copying his application after he get's accepted, he should be instantly demoted. You wouldn't care if a person rages over losing a staff rank which he got unfairly.

Either extend their promotion time to 2 months every rank or demote them.

New Management Team:
Selecting a decent amount of people who've good sense of managing the application is good. Nick can select the people like he gives out free Mod rank to people. I'd suggest @C9 Kata, @Marazure, @Inspear, @M0n1 and etc people to this job since our current management team is literally garbage worth.

Staff Resign Rules:
As we've seen a staff resigned and came back the other day to get a lower rank. This is just awful. If a staff says he is permanently leaving, he should not be granted with the rank. Or if they say they're leaving, there is a limit of time for them to go, like 15 days or they'll be demoted. Like TylerDaBoss (isn't even active).

I never said I hate Nick. He is a chill dude. Everyone hates the management team and it's just awful. Just because of the trash management team, you're here and a person who copied his whole app is here.
