    Um. The way you say "i will do harder my best over 21 days i will re-apply for staff | now i apply for this" I don't think you know what being a developer really is about. Do you have any other "videos" of you developing, and do you mind making a new video about you developing, and opening the ColdNetwork website, and going into your developer application?
