Accepted Penguin's Punishment Appeal

Console, (It's the anti-cheat problem in my opinion.​

Guilty:

No, not at all.​

Proof:

None, because I don't record all the time. Also I'm friends with Spookier for a pretty long time and he knows I would never cheat.​

Why do you think you should be unpunished:

Well, I think I should get unbanned because of the following reasons. -
1. I Never cheated, and I think it's just unfair to ban me for no reason.
2. I have NEVER cheated in ColdNetwork EVER.
3. I'm a pretty "OG" player, so it would be a shame if I hacked.

Now here's how I got banned:
1. I was playing Ranked Sumo.
2. I queued a guy.
3. We were fighting for about a minute, because we basically took almost no kb.
4. Then all of a sudden, my game kinda "froze" not really froze but It looked like the server's restarting. I could move and all that stuff, but the chat wasn't saying anything, the player I was fighting just "froze" in mid air.
5. And about 10 seconds later, I got kicked out of the server "Timed Out"
and I tried rejoining and it said" Kicked whilst connecting to Lobby"
