so i noticed i got kicked from the discord and decided to look at how the forums was doing. to my very surprise, kai's name got completely cleared. so a few questions from me because i was wondering. 1. Why are promises never kept here? Blacklists aren't appealable but when kai appeals, it is? Even the littlest things. Projects are always delayed or put on-hold. Staff members promising to end favoritism and then never even trying to. 2. Why are so many chances given to people who don't deserve them? People who always talk shit and basically brought chaos to the network, are always being given chances. The second someone is on a blacklist, their chances of being forgiven should be below 0.05%. Servers blacklist people for years and on some servers it took me 2-3 years to finally be unblacklisted, but here 2 months is considered a severe punishment? 3. Why are the same mistakes repeaten over and over again? how many times are you going to accept someone to the staff team who cant be trusted? how many times will you keep blacklisting someone for you to realize that unblacklisting yhem probably isnt a good idea? 4. the server aint changing. nothing is. the community can't suggest things, criticism is always ignored. why is it so hard to listen to the community? 5. if you notice that a user is a hindrance for the community, why dont you get rid of them? how do you wish to improve the community if you dont evem bother to remove the growing cancer? these are only 5, because honestly, i dont expect any detailed answer to any of these questions because i know how this server is. ill probably be "lol"'d by nick or a staff manager. if i actually get answers, ill be happy because then i know that at least someone is on the same page as me. im not going to reply to anyone who doesnt give me proper answers.

Blacklists only started being accepted once I left as all the others in the team don't understand the blacklist system and let people who did a lot of harm come back
Agree with everything. The SERVER and game modes itself aren’t that bad. Ppl play them. But the rules, staff team, etc are bad. I’m not saying the staff members are bad. I’m saying the way the staff team works is bad. Nick and peng need to trust someone enough to let them fix everything.

Yardy know nothing is going to change when they keep making the same mistakes. I can't talk because I was once blacklisted for ETB and they gave me a 2nd chance but based on how the higher staff treated the lower staff, if I didn't have respect for Pengu / Nick / some others, I probably would have done it again.
Yeah! i agree some of these staffs could be rude and be untrustworthy normally you have to trust someone first and you must know if they are mature enough to handle a staff job. Some people have some great staff applications but what happens when they get accepted and become untrustworthy like destroy builds when they are staff-manager or head-admin. This server really did change A LOT
There’s nothing wrong with the staff members. U guys r doing ur best and following the staff rules and doing the jobs you’re assigned to do. The overall server rules, staff rules, and way the staff team does things is just badly and the overall player experience isn’t very good outside of the server itself.
Oh also does it sound right to you that a player who was blacklisted (permanently ip-banned and unable to appeal/get unbanned in any way) for etb’ing and DDoS’ing an admin should get trial mod a month later? If that is a good staff team to u, something’s wrong lol
1. I completly agree with you, yet this is how it has been for multiple years, you can't really change something if people aren't willing to change. 2. The staff team might see the person as changed, as a better guy than before, I mean 2-3 years makes a guy change, f.e. look at the both of us, we've gone thru multiple changes, yet can a person change overnight? I don't think so, same goes for 1 month. The problem here is that staff and the higher managment are forgiving, which to me is kind of a weak thing to have as a staff. 3. I can gurantee that this will keep on happening all the time, and I can probably see a possible opression of who ever thinks differently 4. Lack of interest in the community, turn downing every suggestion. 5. The community should fix itself, says the staff team. Let's also remember that sfaff come from the community, so they should change too. I'm down, to make a detailed thread, but it won't do much, same contacting pengu as Nick runs the server.
