You have a terrible history here on CN, what makes me not trust you. Using LabyMod is forbidden, but using it won't make you get banned for "cheating" but "Using forbidden mod/client" Anywyas @ProbablyAvi should explain his point of view.
Actually LabyMod is now allowed on the network. As shown here. But Avi should explain his point of view
I warned you in a previous appeal. I think this should be denied as you obviously will continue to cheat on the server.
