I thought to let you know that statement from your friend is not correct in any sort of form. You could indeed cheat on BLC rather easily from what I remember and that also doesn't mean it isn't detectable from the client side. BLC only bans users who cheat on BLC-protected servers from what I remember as well. thus, so long you're not cheating on a BLC-protected server, it doesn't care what you do. Being able to cheat and being able to bypass the client is a completely different thing and isn't comparable whatever. Anyway, I hope you learned a thing or two, and good luck with your appeal punishment.
I am your punisher, unfortunately you have disconnected from the Cold Network server, so it is impossible to check your Minecraft. Keep in mind that no matter what version of your Minecraft, Lunar, Badlion, PvPLounge etc... you will always be apt to be suspected of cheating and it is quite possible to cheat.
