Hey it's KiteG0d here, So the reason I'm leaving for now is that the server is almost falling apart, e.g. a lot of the staff are resigning or being demoted, such as: @Thrintios @frostnedle @defman These were all pretty chill dudes and although I know lots happens behind the scenes, I feel the chemistry of the staff team has really taken a hit recently. I recently applied for staff, had over 20 +1's and 3 -1's and the reason that I wasn't given staff was because they already picked 2 people. The head staff didn't even bother taking a vote on what I worked on so hard. This type of hypocrisy on servers really isn't appreciated by anyone and I feel these reasons are why so many players have left. I've met some really good friends on this server: @Coveredcape220, @Ponosni / ChickenMonster, @frostnedle. You guys are great people even though you do hack Ponosni :/ xD even still, you still made us laugh when you flew out of someone's fall trap and was insta-banned @ItsAbryx I wanted to make a separate section for you. At first, you were a nice guy. About five maps ago was when I first joined and you were a great guy, really kind. We truced and we talked quite a bit. Then you invited me to your faction this map. We built the entire base with you, me @Fortust and another kid, I can't remember his name. Then you kicked me. When I messaged you asking why you kicked, you muted me. I took this to a staff member and I don't know what happened from there. Maybe @Merge could explain. This type of abuse is waaaay too wrong for a server like this, especially for such a well-known person as you, Abryx. And still, I know you're probably 'too busy making YouTube videos' for a channel you haven't uploaded on in 3 weeks to read this. I know, I'm getting way into depth but this sort of stuff should be utterly banished from ever happening on this server, but I know that probably won't happen. Most of this stuff would never happen on other servers, especially on more professioanl servers. I'm not sure whether you resigned becuase of this, but for other reasons, but I hope that you, personally, aren't accepted back for your behaviour. Still, I'd like to finish off on a good note, and wish everyone, apart from the one mentioned above, a great time on Cold and in life in general, and don't decide to try and make a YouTube Channel, they never work, trust me. I may still log on time to time just to say hi to some old friends. Thanks a lot to all friends and supporters, - Kite

Wait, it seems a bit strange that you’re basiclly leaving because you got denied in your staff application as @ItsMAJTY said ,-, I kinda feel the same about my application, but you just need to accept the fact that you got denied, that’s what I did. But pce have a great life!
Well, I was demoted, said some stuff that I felt [Betrayed, Angry] and never really thought of the consuquences, and hey look at me now sitting on a Forum Alt, just like Not_EzEscape did when he first was blacklisted, I have regrets, but look it happend even though now I want my account back, I'd rather love it being deleted. ~Defman
It’s not to do with not being accepted, I was thinking of leaving before my application, at that point I was giving the server a last chance. Obviously, I was denied and therefore I will be gone for a while, got a lot of stuff going on at the moment with school so I wouldn’t be good staff anyway.
