Hey guys, As some of you have noticed, I have resigned from Cold-Network after 8 months of loyal service. The reason why I resigned is a mixture of various reasons, variating from little arguments in our staff-chat, until mayor problems in our staff-team, I personally feel like the staff-team is not structured properly, I had notified Nick about this issue a couple times, but it's not really Nick his fault for not changing anything about this, since it's the job of the manager. After I had a lot of these little 'arguments' with people in the staff-team I got kind of tired of having a normal conversation with people in our staff team. To start off with, no hate to Cypru, but I personally feel like after he resigned for not getting manager and then receiving Head-Admin is a bit odd as well. The network needs a manager that can structurize the staff team. I personally hardly discourage to do these 'bomming explosions', since it makes the other staff members feel less valuable, I would encourage to let everyone follow the regular 'staffing ladder'. I have loved every single minute of staffing and moderating on the server, and I would like to thank every single one of you for giving me this amazing experience.
