Why? Lets let other people give their suggestions. +1 For unban. He wouldn't cheat, and if he did, he wouldn't do it on purpose. He either didn't know it was a rule or didn't do it at all. Also, be sure that you know what you banned him for @Advertizements. If you don't remember what you banned him for, then he deserves an unban.
