Server rules say clearly that you can have 3 accounts, but if 2 of them get banned, 3rd will be banned for ban evading.

+1. 2 alts besides the main if two of them gets banned. you're main gets banned if ur main and 1 alt got banned the 2nd alt will be banned

but he/she said she/he had only 2 accs banned

 

once me and my neighbour had same ip and we were playing on some random server and i got ip banned for annoying the owner and my neighbour was angry lol

 

Ye 2 accounts banned u can only have max 2 then the rest of the accounts that u use on the server will be banned for ban evading, but if u only have 1 that is fine so ye he is not breaking the rules

 

Why does someone needs 2 accounts lol

 

Either look good and make people think they are hacking cause they have never seen that person before or just hacking in general
