Why I resigned

Well it’s an complete embarrassment that I left the team so quick as an Helper. Hey, I made a decision and it’s reasons were completely valid. I didn’t leave because of any staff members or players hate and etc.

Reasons:

1. I had no time to staff at all, I’ve been getting too much homework and this was the worst time to apply as well.

2. The Management Team accepts or brings back the demoted people as usual and give them a very higher rank when they never resigned or applied in the first place. It’s very unfair.

3. I thought the staff team would be more professional, and showed maturity on every platform of this community.

4. There are too many ranks and the promotions are usually the same for others. If a person is working hard as he could, he would be promoted like other people anyways.

Now, people will be asking will I remain more friendly and non-toxic, then yes. I’ll continue since people really like me being more positive, respectful over all.

Thanks to all the people who supported me and appreciated my work as a staff member in Conversations, Discord and in-game.

I’ve more reasons that I won’t state here or tell anyone (only Nick knows). So, I’ll not be going to staff for 2 or more weeks. If I come back, I’ll re-try as a Helper and start from day 1 to until I get promoted to T-Mod.

I won’t be leaving the network, I’ll keep up with Practice and Fortnite.

I wish all the new Helper’s a good luck on their journey as a staff member on our network. I hope you all do very well!

And I also wasn’t ready to be a staff yet because of my horrible history a month ago. That’s also one of the reasons.

 

That’s a good idea actually. The staff needs people like you! You should rejoin.
