Thrintios won't be demoted just cause some staff members are threatening to resign, he's been doing very good right now and in about a weeks time he could really show what he is worth.
however, thrintios is only 1 staff member, 1v7, and maybe the others are doing a good job as well. However good he is, he cant be active forever, a staff team without numbers is an ineffective team already regardless of who the staff members are. And i dont understand why they keep giving him a rank
I mean Quantity doesn't = Quality, so maybe it isn't as bad if they resign as I know he won't be demoted

I'm still not understanding why people are so mad at him becoming a staff member again It makes me laugh too because before @Nisqy was revealed to be Thrintios people were already supporting him. Now that he is shown to be Thrintios everyone is just mad at the management team
Well actually the community picked it up pretty well, It was just most of the staff-team who were mad but they're calmed down a little bit I think.
