Olivia said she wanted Sr-Mod if she comes back to being staff, I like olivia but this is absolute bullshit, she got "mod only" which is still to much. Lyn is also back at staff and if I ask once Nick rejects me like im a fucking idiot who doesnt even deserve to live, lukas resigned got back in a minute and the list goes on, just like Dishaan who got demoted and applied a day later and got accepted, keep going on with this and the server wont stay for long, if you are demoted put a 30day cooldown on the applying again, if you resign for no valid reason you cant come back, if you like cant play for like a few weeks because something important I get why you resign but if you resign bcse you dont like it anymore then comeback a few days later, hell nah that isn't how it works. I was gonna make a thread for this but that will get me warned on the forums as I know the community by now, I like staffing and i want to help cold but if people like Lyn and Dishaan come back a day after being demoted. No way I'm staying here. I'll give one more chance in actually trying to help the server with the staff team. Also Daniel, Thrintios and maybe willem said they will resign if olivia gets sr mod. This shit is going to far and its pissing me off a lot. Now everyone is gonna be like "blablabla u got demoted ur jealous just get out no1 likes you you lying cheating asshole" idc about my position its just that people work hard and make good applications to get staff and people really want to staff, but then you deny those to give ex-staff members their rank again. That is unfair to the community after all. I want to keep continueing this shit but I won't, I've already spent enough time on writing this and getting pissed off.

Well I do and I'm willing to go as far as possible to make this server more fair for the people who actually want to be staff and who actually try to become a good staff member
i agree, why would someone resign and then comeback? and if someone gets demoted he can't appeal a week after, as dehy said, you should make a 30 days cooldown. but there's one thing, why would daniel and willem and thrintios resign? why do people hate olivia?
