In Game Name: ZybladeServer: Practice (Although I see that it states "Creative" on the bans list)Punished For: "Vape lite found in SS http://prntscr.com/mc8620"Punished By: @Losmen Guilty: Yes, I am entirely guilty.Proof: I do not have any proof I was not cheating, reason being, the moderator that banned me didn't state in which fight I was suspicious and that I deleted most of my clips, although it doesn't matter in the end.Why do you think you should be unpunished: -First things first, I'd like to highlight the fact that I am aware that, the reason I was banned for is stated as "NO CHANCE TO APPEAL", but I was advised by the moderator which banned me to try and appeal in a week or two, mentioning I might get a chance if the ss-manager decides to give me another chance, so here I am. -Second off comes the appeal itself. I got reported by a player, so the staff member decided to screenshare me. I tried to cooperate with anything the Moderator said, I did as told and came clean to everything except the reason I was punished for ( http://prntscr.com/mc8620 ), a string to the Vape Lite download. -Although I am aware that I cannot possibly prove what I am about to say, please, bear with me. Before I actually joined the server and started playing, I was messing with some people, some of my friends, on discord. At one point, one of them brought up the subject of "vape". I tried, as an attempt of making a joke, with my minecraft open (which, now thinking about it was a stupid thing) to provide him a screenshot of supposedly "injecting" vape lite. ( you can do that by downloading it, although it won't inject if you don't have it bought), as I didn't have it bought it obviously didn't inject, but the download link string I was banned for remained there. -And so, I was banned, I am sincerely sorry for my acts & mistakes and I wish and hope to get a second chance, thank you for reading my appeal and I wish you the best of luck.
dont play around with hacks/cheats next time xD because this will make it harder or more suspicious for the staff - hence, may lead to an instant ban. be aware of the hacks you get. Good luck on the appeal anyway +1
It is indeed bannable. The type of ban may not be appealed, but I want to hear losmen's opinion before I make a decision
