    I havent got any proof​
    Why do you think you should be unpunished:
    I was using VPN, cuz in my country some social networks are forbidden, thats why i was using VPN and forgot to off this. When i joined server few seconds later i got banned for ban evading. Thats 100% false ban​

    I guess somebody used the same connection that the VPN gave you and entered Cold to cheat.
