    the reason I was banned free.gg an account has been banned from the server before and I have never logged into that account before​

    It seems like you have gotten an alternative account that was already banned on cold network, if you aren't the actual account owner then there is no point to appeal for a ban you didn't even get yourself. -1. Try to get a non-banned alt account or you can purchase one.
