I have no idea when I was banned as I just logged on today to see it. I can't provide any video evidence of me not phasing, because I don't know what I "phased" into.​

Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I don't know why I am banned, if Alin27 can give some clarification on why I am banned that would help. If I was reported by a player for phasing I would like to see their evidence as I don't remember getting into anyone's base other than Emxrald's, which I got in legit through a hole which I showed SnitchNine.​

 

I've just had a look at when the ban was actually done, and it says at 7:02. I was not even online at this time, I use BLC and a friend has told me that BLC may have had a breach, and someone may have gotten onto my account. I'm not sure, though.

edit: Actually, this didn't happen. He said that it didn't happen but minehut was breached and that is a server I have.

The phase ban reminded me of when I reported a player yesterday for phasing. Alin was the one who accepted that report, he may have accidentally banned me for phasing instead of the player...

 

If Alin27 can show me proof of me using phase, or the proof that was good enough for a ban, or just an explanation in general, that would be great.

 

Ok, so I've just been unbanned because of Alin27 can't read names properly and he is a bit dumb.
You are lying about logs showing I was cheating? You're lying in a punishment appeal, just why?
If you're gonna say logs showing I was "cheating", but then the ban actually be on accident, that just shows that you don't really care about punishment appeals or feel the need to be lazy and not even help players but instead attempt to instantly deny them by lying. I'm not sure on what you saw in those logs, but if I was cheating, when I wasn't even online and when I didn't even cheat in the first place and the ban was on accident, then that must be some crazy coincidence. However, the odds are you are lying for some odd reason : just tell me. Why are you lying to me in an appeal?
