i got banned cuz my pc crashes, so yeah, im guilty for cant get properly ss'ed​

i have pics that i take with my phone of my screen with all apps not responding (anydesk, ts3, paladin and minecraft) (i can show that i getting ss'ed)​

Why do you think you should be unpunished:

because it' completely unfair getting banned because ur pc is shit, i can't even play bcs of the fps and still get banned bcs my pc cant run a scanner and crash? if u dont unban me i can understand, but i'll always think that's unfair (sorry for my english, i'm from Brazil)​
