Why do you think you should be unpunished:

i got these two errors while getting frozen and i could do anything i tried logging back didint work i changed version it worked​

 

i changed from 1.7 to 1.8

 

The problem that this is happening 2 times in a row and i dont understand ts at all i will try my best next time so my appeal with be check by bigger rank person?
