Hello @wtfkobii, I would suggest holding back from applying only due to the fact that you haven't got a video up on the server and in the media application rules and requirements it states that you "must have at least 1 cold network video uploaded prior to applying" you clearly haven't completed this requirement. You do however meet the subscriber requirement and near enough the view requirement. But I think that you are inconsistent on your channel meaning you obviously haven't got that many active subscribers. I suggest uploading more videos and then come back to apply for media. Right now I am going to rate your application Neutral, good luck!
