    Why do you think you should be unpunished:
    I got unbanned like 2-3 hrs ago but my ip is banned ;/​

    It could be possible all your accounts were not unbanned if you received a appeal acceptance and was unbanned. Or maybe you didn’t wait out your ban in which case that’s unfortunate as that would qualify you as ban evading.
