Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I have been trying to play for a while with my friends, however my connection suddenly increased until it reached +20,000 ping. So I couldn't do anything anymore when I moved forward etc. I fell into a hole but nothing helped. I am banned because my connection must have been too high. You can check the logs I never cheat on your server.​
