I dont know what spike means so i cant really give proof​

Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I should be unpunished because all i was doing was 1v1ing someone in practice and it banned me for spike. I don't know what this means but id guess it means about spiking internet or something. I'm from Australia which i usually get 300 ping but it the only server i can find that is good so i have to play it. And someone wsa downloading something in my house hold so my ping was saying it was 450-500 for a bit. I didn't cheat i just have bad internet .​
