We just wanted to SS you to make sure if you don't have any other modifications/hacks. If you just let us SS you we would just give you a 10d ban because you admitted, you continually refused us to SS you. That is why you received a 30d Punishment.

The owner did not say it's allowed he said just leave him. That does not imply that Regedit is allowed it is implying that the owner will let this one slide
