I dont really need to give an explanation, but you should know that when you said that to me I was trying to contact head staffs to came and ban the cheaters. Also, saying "dumb", "trash" or "do your f* work" count as staff disrespect.

This time the punishment was a mute, so just wait until it ends.

Why ignore them?

Its quite impossible read all reports and handle them (at least for me), since staffs receive tons of messages (PM, reports, alerts, silent punishments, etc). So you must be patient.
