It’s favouritism... you should’ve started off a Helper. Cold’s staff team is having a lot of trust issues. And I don’t think giving out Admin is cool at all.

I don't know anything about the trust issues you're talking about as I just joined. Anyways, when people get hired to become a staff-member they don't always have to start at the lowest rank. For example when you're working in a supermarket, the next day there could be a different manager, its just a company doing its business and trying to improve, nothing you should be worried about atleast.

I do know quite some stuff, Nick and Mahdi were nice enough to explain alot to me. Anyways, you're talking about ''trust issues'' which I couldn't know unless someone tells me about it, so if you would like to you can go ahead and explain to me.

If I’ve experience doesn’t means I’ll get the highest staff rank on the server oofs
T-Mod or Mod will be understandable

I've been given this rank to help the current management team out and with this rank I'm able to do that perfectly, on every decision that either Mahdi/Nick has to make, I will have a voice and I'll be able to speak up.

CN is lacking staffs that's why
