@iiCombo you are severely underestimating the difficulty of screenshare tests if you're taking them for the first time. Also, being a trial mod is pretty much helper with ban permissions, and you wouldn't want to have no ban permissions if you see hackers around

I'm sorry to break it to you, I was staff before you even were aware of Cold's existence and by no means am I underestimating the "difficulty" of screen sharing. I am simpling stating that experienced individuals with clients can easily pass this "test" of yours. Many of the previous staff team could pass this test making it obsolete.

I suggest before educating me on staff duties to assess the state of your staff team. Kind regards :)

Zphre, whats the point of dedicating a rank for a stupid ss test? Helper is supposed to be a way for higher staff to see how the helpers are getting along in the community, if they are going to do a good job, and, well, idk maybe seeing if they will etb in the future. It’s so dumb that helper’s only purpose is for a test. Also, I know it’s “hard” to pass a ss test. 1/2

2/2 Another point of helper should be for senior mods+ to teach the helpers how to ss. It shouldnt be helpers jobs to learn.

TylerDaBoss we have these ranks called ss mod, ss admin, and ss manager that teach helpers how to ss, also i can't do much about the rules since I'm not part of the management team

the ss ranks all have requirements and are not given to anyone and I'm and ss admin if you are wondering

@Zphre ik that being able to ss is an aspect that is required to become tmod. but it isn’t/shouldn’t be the ONLY aspect…
