There is no ''LilPump'' on ColdNetwork ingame, I did /seen. Also, I do not even have permissions to ban people from the forum, even if I did he would just make a new account, and I didn't see him doing anything wrong at the forums so far (that might be because I only check ban appeals/reports/sometimes staff applications)
