Why do you think you should be unpunished:

My first appeal due the same reason was accepted and I got unbanned. I accidently joined the alt again that was in ban, and joined back using my main and got banned. Alt that I was using, isn't mine account, and I was never playing or cheating on it on ColdNetwork. So yea, I just got banned for ban evading when I wasn't.​
