Why do you think you should be unpunished:

Dear ColdNetwork Staff
ColdNetwork ss stuff is shown in the first screenshot, I got the day before I got banned ss'ed by Deflated. I was clean after the ss. I went to play cold again and then the day after I got perm ip-banned by Twqntys without an ss or anything else...
I use a Razer Huntsman Mini and a Trust GXT 940 XIDON.
I hope I get unbanned because I'm falsely banned. I was not cheating on the server.
