Denied Banned for hack but dont have it

I got banned for hack but i don't have it and dtr boosting but i dont understand it.. i got in the base by pearl and i dont knoww how, on the roof was slabs and i pearld in and got in base, then the staff came in and i once block glitch hited a player and got banned for that and hole my faction got banned for dtr boosting....
