Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I was just dueling a guy called KnowYourEnema and then all of a sudden i was frozen by Unalert. I was told to get into ts but I didnt' have that so I had to reinstall it and it took longer than 2 minutes, once i installed it i was trying to find out how to connect to a server and by that time I was banned for 60 days, I dont even cheat and i have no idea what alert I set off so i have no idea on what reason i was frozen in the first place. I would really appreiciate a second chance as i don't cheat and personally 3 minutes wasnt long enough for me to get teamspeak and join. Thanks for reading this i hope i am unbanned soon.​
