Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I played normal duel pots with my friend and he got freezed, I wrote in the chat "XDDDDD" and I got muted for 15 minutes for flooding chat, right after Staffm. Alfay that he wrote me "wanna admit ban for 15days" I couldn't answer because I had mute, he wrote it to me in msg about 10 times and then he gave me a ban for Refusing to SS.​
