Why do you think you should be unpunished:

Because of the evidence above.

The picture shows that he did not clear the recycle bin before the SS.

If you want to use the "He could just have edited it (ON A MAC), then I am going to use the following statement as an attack towards your statement.

If the person who banned him has no proof that he did, he has to be unbanned.
