Why do you think you should be unpunished:

cuz i dont know why but sometimes my ping ONLY IN MINECRAFT jumping to 6000, and this ban is by this ping. i queued nodebuff and my ping died lol
i was staying on one place, drinking fire resistance and guy was hitting me and i got banned :/​
