Hello! After my first 2 weeks off being in this staff team I have noticed the players are expecting a lot out of us. Its not that I'm lazy but we physically as staff cant do that much at a time. What happens is that were specing someone (a potential hacker) and then someone asks us to spec someone else, we cant spec 2 ppl at the same time! especially when we are ssing someone. Staff members have lives, they are not always online, they are also not always there for everyone, they are also humans, they don't have 8 hands and 8 pc's so they cant get to everyone at the same time. If were dealing with someone we cant deal with another person at the same time, so we finish the 1 person in need of help, then we move on to the second one. I usually hear The server staff is so Sh** because we could not get round to everyone quick enough additionally we have team speak server help rooms to clear out this only adds to our to do list! The point of this thread is to rase awareness that we are all humans, we all have lives, and that we don't have 8pc's and 8 hands. The staff team will always be here for you, and will try to get round to everyone but it does take some patience! We put a lot of hard hours of moderating into this server so please pay us back by just giving us a little respect and some patience Please be vigilant and understanding Yours and the staff team
Keep up with the good work!!! Just if you are SSing someone and someone msgs you just msg them back and say "I will be with you shortly" Especially if you alone because you cant always help everyone. Best Regards, osich

Thank you for understanding. Staff are not only on the server, they are sometimes helping people on Team Speak and replying to messages on forums so we cant always see what is going on a server. If you need help it a smart idea to join the Team Speak (ts.coldnetwork.net)
I understand, I did not say i do not.. I also do not have TS3... But there are also a lot of staff offline on sb (my time from 6-12 am)....
