I truly don't believe that you should be implementing HCF back into the server. I'm sure that everyone has seen how HCF died out last time before SOTW even ended. It feels like you're trying to stick HCF down our throats as ever since HCF has been removed, no one's really been talking about it or suggesting to add it back. Once it was removed, it was gone as if it was never there.

It would be better if you decided to work on new things, such as KitPvP (As you promised a month or two ago.) This could finally give the players something new to play. Everyone is always in Practice and KitMap because there is literally nothing else. KitMap is the better version of HCF, so no one is gonna bother to move over there. If you decided to work on KitPvP, or maybe even Skywars, the server would improve greatly and the player base will finally grow.

As for OPFactions, it is worth a try. Hopefully, you'll make something out of it and hopefully, it will have an active player base for at least a month.

@Nick here is a suggestion, Because you’re on about how you need to add stuff to the server, why not get rid of this chaotic staff team and get a new one.
