    Hi there,
So I want to fully reset my pc, but everytime it doesn't seem to work.

    This shows up: https://gyazo.com/437252f7746a2e1c5fd2f36d52ce6acf
And.. ''There was a problem resetting your pc, no changes were made.''

If anyone knows how to fix this, please tell me.

update pc and have a look at the logs when it starts up.
worst case scenario; you have to delete system32

I know u are Dutch so I will type the 'main" words in Dutch.

Click on the searchbar next to ur Windows logo > Type in 'Herstel" and u will see 'Een herstelpunt aanmaken"
Click on 'Een herstelpunt aanmaken" and u will get a window where it says 'Systeemherstel" then click on the 'Systeemherstel ..." button.
Then u will see 'Aanbevolen herstelpunt' and all the way down u will see 'Een ander herstelpunt selecteren".
Click on 'Een ander herstelpunt selecteren" and click 'Volgende = next" then click on the button 'Meer herstelpunten weergeven"
When u have done this u will see all the auto-backups that ur computer has made. Click the oldest one and click next again.
After u have done this basically click 'Voltooien = finish".
If u have done everything I typed ur computer has succesfully recovered itself to a previous backup.
Try typing 'herstel" in the searschbar next to ur windows logo and click on 'Herstelopties".
If u have done this click on 'Aan de slag". and click whatever u want to reset and press finish.

    I hope this helped.

    Kind regards,
    Brent

a .sys file is a system file, often used to help the computer run or similarly used to run applications
