Why do you think you should be un-punished?: I was mining straight 30 minutes my pickaxe durability was half, previously i mined about 20 minutes too i had whole stack diamonds and 2 stacks of Gold while i was mining the server was really lagging i even almost died once due to blocks disappearing while i'm placing them so one time i was building a tower because there were diamonds above me i got stuck in a block i typed staff then i typed nvm because as i got stuck i got suddenly unstuck but that was the lag whilst i was still stuck then i ran out of time while typing staff again then i couldn't move for 1-2 seconds i tried breaking the block that was getting me stuck i couldn't so i died, all i want is to get unbanned and get my gear back this is not fair i died to suffocation and lost all my stuff i mined for 30-40 minutes non-stop! I'm just Death-Banned i'll get unbanned in about 30minutes but i spent 30-40 minutes mining and all that stuff is gone due to glitch? This is not fair i want my stuff back!
