Why do you think you should be unpunished:

i was hacking into another server. It was a client that a friend of mine just showed me because I had never managed to download 1 before. so i thought when i clicked it away it was off but it wasnt. and it was literally at 6 blocks. i got in a fight and i saw it wasn't off when i hitted him 1 time. so i blocked my sword and let me die do i could turn it off. but when I blocked my sword I got banned.​
